Introduction to Photoshop is a class perfect for someone who has never used Photoshop or a graphic software program. The course provides a tour of what features the software has to offer and dives into the most common techniques of photo editing.
Each week, students have the chance to apply what they have learned. By the end of the course, a final assignment is completed utilizing many of the skills obtained over the 4-week period. Beyond cropping, resizing, and rotating, the student learns to apply filters, work with layers, clip backgrounds, patterns, learn tips and hints, shortcuts and more! instructional videos are included to demonstrate several of the lessons.
There is also an open forum for discussion and questions. After completing this course, students should be able to create basic digital artwork and enhance photos.
