Introduction to Game Production teaches the fundamental concepts for managing a game project. Game producers use a combination of creative and management skills to oversee games as they are being created. As such, a game producer must have an understanding of all of the various roles involved in creating computer games. Furthermore, a good producer must be able to avoid conflict while keeping the project on track. This course will help get you started in all of these areas.
Applicable Job Roles: game programmers, and application developers.
There are no prerequisites for this class. A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project is helpful.
