Adobe Illustrator Level 2 (G402)

This course will carry on from where Adobe Illustrator G401 leaves off. We'll spend a little time at first reviewing some of the more difficult tools, then take a look at styling type and tackle more complex tools such as Live Paint and the Perspective Grid. New tools will be covered as well as 3D modeling. We'll follow on from basic color and then dive head on into the wonderful world of color management; learning to use Illustrator's predefined color palettes and creating our own color collections. Finally, the course will wind up with lessons on utilizing Illustrator's print capabilities. This course will utilize videos as the primary method of instruction.

Students can discuss the assignments with the instructor and amongst themselves in the classroom area. This format has no set meeting time, which allows students to attend class at a time most convenient to them, yet still provides logically organized communication between class participants. Students can apply for the completion certificate after finishing the class.
